The call-out and diagnosis at your home cost €20 / 100 lei, but if you accept the repair you do not pay for them. The price of the repair depends on the fault and the part needed; the technician tells you after the diagnosis, before starting any work. If you do not agree, the repair is not done.

Do you repair the machine at home or take it to a workshop?
Most faults are repaired right at your home, in a single visit. The technician brings diagnostic equipment and tells you exactly what has failed.
Do I pay for the call-out if I go ahead with the repair?
No. If you accept the repair, you do not pay for the call-out and diagnosis. If you decide not to repair, or the machine is no longer worth repairing, you only pay for the call-out and diagnosis: €20 / 100 lei.
